The person renting the vehicle must be at least 24 years old and must have a valid Class B driver’s license for at least 2 years. Age and driver’s license duration requirements may vary for upper-segment, luxury, or commercial vehicle groups.

Yes. During the rental process, a deposit/pre-authorization amount may be taken depending on the vehicle group. This amount will be processed for refund after checking traffic fines, HGS/OGS toll passages, missing fuel, mileage excess, damage, or additional service fees.

The rented vehicle may only be driven by the person or persons named in the rental agreement. In order for another person to drive the vehicle, that person must be added to the agreement as an “additional driver.” Any damage or liabilities that may occur when the vehicle is driven by persons not listed in the agreement may be the responsibility of the renter.

When the vehicle is delivered, the fuel level and mileage information are recorded. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as received and within the specified mileage limits. For daily rentals, the rental period is calculated based on 24 hours. Additional fees may apply in case of late return, missing fuel, or mileage excess.

In the event of an accident, personal safety must be ensured first, and the police, gendarmerie, or medical teams must be notified when necessary. The renter must contact Arslan Rent A Car without delay and act in accordance with the company’s instructions.

For accidents involving material damage, an accident report must be prepared, photos of the vehicles and the accident scene must be taken, and the other party’s ID, driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance information must be obtained. The report and all relevant documents must be submitted to the company completely.

In cases where an official report or the required documents are not provided, the renter may be held responsible for insurance and damage procedures.
